Why IGC was created
Most intercom systems were created many years ago and barely evolved for real service-company, installer, and facility-management needs.
Even modern intercom solutions are often closed to custom scenarios: it is hard to quickly add required logic, adapt behavior for a specific site, or request a feature needed by a service company.
IGC emerged as a response to real intercom-company needs: voice messages, flexible access scenarios, work with different user statuses, remote administration, gradual migration to modern credentials, and anti-cloning card protection.
This is not just another standard controller, but a practical ecosystem for tasks that have already appeared on real sites and required a ready solution.
